Robot drivers from a PDF manual
An AI coding agent reads a device's manual and generates the driver and interface code to bring it into the fleet.
Brisbane, Australia · Mobile robotics
RoviPro designs and delivers autonomous mobile robots, mobile manipulators and the robot software behind them for large operators in Australia. Every robot runs on AgentDrive, our onboard controller, and is coordinated by Fleet OS.
The RoviPro platform
We build the robot and the software as one system. AgentDrive runs on each robot; Fleet OS runs the site. The same stack drives every product in our lineup, so a site can mix transport, lifting and manipulation without mixing vendors.
01 — AgentDrive
AgentDrive is our onboard controller: mapping, localisation, planning, task execution and safety in one stack. It is already integrated into our robots and running in the field.
In AgentDrive an LLM never commands the motors directly. It designs a finite-state machine for the task; that state machine is checked and then executed deterministically by the controller. The result is the consistency and repeatability industrial sites expect, with no improvised motion.
Integrated 2D/3D mapping, SLAM, path planning and obstacle avoidance. No floor tape, QR tags or reflectors to install or maintain.
Runs on low-cost boards: Intel N100, NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Rockchip RK3588 and Raspberry Pi class hardware.
The same software across AMRs, AGVs, forklifts and mobile manipulators. Integration onto a new platform in as little as one day.
Configure, map, drive and tune from a browser. Connects to Fleet OS or an existing fleet management system.
02 — Fleet OS
Fleet OS connects robots, workflows and plant systems. AI agents take on the slow parts of deployment: writing drivers, composing workflows and handling exceptions, while operators stay in control.

A visual designer for multi-step robot workflows. Connect nodes by hand, or describe the process in words and refine the result.
03 — Robot lineup
Each family is built on AgentDrive and managed by Fleet OS, from pallet-level transport to dual-arm assistance.
VisualisationAutonomous mobile robots for material transport in factories and warehouses. Tagless navigation, automatic docking and charging, and the full AgentDrive stack on board.

150 kg class
Swappable 48 V battery and vision-based localisation on a low-cost compute board.

200 kg payload
General-purpose transport platform for carts, bins and top modules.

600 kg payload
Heavy-load transport; lifter variants raise racks and carts from underneath.

150 mm height
Ultra-low-profile platform that drives under low carts and fixtures.
VisualisationAn AMR base with a collaborative arm, for machine tending, picking and station-to-station handling. End-effectors are selected for each process.
AgentDrive runs navigation and manipulation as one system, so the robot is configured, monitored and integrated through a single interface instead of two.
One unified platform. Arm and end-effector options are specified per application.
AMR base + collaborative arm
Compact base with an integrated arm column, battery and controller. Arm, tool and top module are configured per application.
End-effector options, selected for each process and managed from AgentDrive.
Adaptive stroke and grip force for boxes, parts and containers.
Suction cups for flat, sealed or packaged items.
Swap end-effectors between tasks without re-wiring.
Vision for part localisation and pick verification.
Controlled contact for insertion, pressing and placing.
Process-specific tooling designed per application.

A wheeled, upper-body humanoid for aged care and home care: fetching, handing over and reaching tasks that support people living independently. It is currently under development, with field trials planned in Australia.
Images are design renders of the concept under development.

04 — Proven in the field
Our technology has been developed alongside industrial partners and shipped to research and OEM customers. These are the engagements behind it.
A four-year research and development partnership with Orica, the global mining services company.
Our products have been applied to more than 1,000 Orica field units.
Five agricultural robots delivered to the University of Auckland.
Controllers and sensor packs supplied to four robot manufacturers.
05 — Safety & standards
AI decides what a robot should do next. It does not get a vote on whether the robot stops. Our safety functions run in a separate low-level layer that the planning software cannot override.
LLM-designed state machines, checked before execution. No direct motor commands from the model.
Deterministic FSM execution on AgentDrive for repeatable behaviour, cycle after cycle.
An emergency stop, a safety-controller trip or a stalled wheel stops the robot immediately.
Our mobile robots are designed to ISO 3691-4 requirements, the safety standard for driverless industrial trucks and their systems. The care humanoid adds a proximity safety layer of 24+ ToF sensors that works independently of its AI.
06 — Company
RoviPro is based in Brisbane, Queensland. We are a small, focused team of robotics engineers who design the robots, write the software and support the deployments ourselves, so customers deal directly with the people who built the system.
